What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use similar technologies (local storage, session storage) for the same purposes. This policy uses "cookies" to cover both.
Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function and are always on. They handle session safety, load balancing, and CSRF protection.
- Session identifier — keeps you signed in to the workspace.
- CSRF token — protects forms from cross-site request forgery.
- Load-balancer affinity — routes you to a consistent server during a session.
Preferences
Preference cookies remember non-essential settings such as the last-used dashboard view or whether you've dismissed an in-app notice. They are set when you take an action that requires them.
Analytics — only with consent
Where required by law, analytics cookies are loaded only after you consent through the cookie banner. Analytics is limited to aggregated, anonymized usage of the marketing site (pages visited, referrer, device type). AuthQuire does not use analytics inside the PHI-bearing workspace.
Marketing — only with consent
AuthQuire's marketing site does not run advertising or retargeting pixels by default. If marketing cookies are ever introduced, they will only be loaded after you grant explicit consent through the cookie banner, and they will be disclosed in this policy.
Managing cookies
You can change your consent at any time from the cookie banner or your browser's privacy settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent the site from working correctly.
